Why join a church?

As part of our membership class, we try to answer the question, “Why join a church?” In the video below John Piper helpfully answers the same basic question from a slightly different angle. If you’d prefer to read his answer, then you can do so here. Dr. Piper’s answer is helpful to those who have not yet committed themselves to a local body, but his answer is also a helpful reminder of the duties of church members to those who have.
